Quick answers to my most commonly asked questions.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final, and no returns are permitted. All pieces are shipped insured, and if there is an issue during shipping (such as broken or damaged pieces), pieces will be recreated once the insurance claim has been completed. If pieces are broken or damaged once they are in your possession, KKC Pottery is not liable.
Do you ship internationally?
If you need a piece shipped overseas, please reach out for a quote!
What techniques do you use?
I use a variety of spinning, molding, and building techniques with several different pieces of equipment, as well as painting and decorating with a variety of mediums and glazes. If you want to see exactly how your piece is created, I'm happy to send you a peek behind-the-scenes at what all goes into my work!
When is your next restock?
If my online shop is empty, it means I am sold out! If you're eager to get your hands on a KKC Pottery piece, you can either commission a custom piece, visit one of my vendors in person, or stay tuned to my socials for my next drop!
